Elizabeth Shuler
VP, Chief Human Resources Officer
Elizabeth Shuler serves as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Chord Energy. Ms. Shuler has more than 15 years of experience in organizational development, HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, DEI best practices, and benefits and compensation. She most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Callon Petroleum.
Ms. Shuler joined Callon Petroleum in 2021 and was responsible for establishing and overseeing the execution of the Company’s overall people strategy, specifically through the management of all human resources functions and office/administrative services.
Prior to joining Callon Petroleum, Ms. Shuler served as Head of Human Resources for Buc-ee’s Ltd. from 2012 to 2021.
Ms. Shuler began her career holding various positions of increasing responsibility as an Assistant District Attorney, trying cases primarily involving domestic violence, white collar crimes, and general criminal matters.
Ms. Shuler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law.
